WEEK 4: GROUP DISCUSSION + RESEARCH

As the group leader, I created a Whatsapp group. We then settled on a time to have our first discussion. After our first discussion, we decided on a setting- The Pacific Ocean. I made a timetable on google docs for us so that we can keep track of our own progress. We then proceed to do research based on several subtopics.

WEEK 5: SCRIPT WRITING

After gathering all the information, we called and decided on the scene, the setting and each of our roles. We start writing our parts of the script. I later go in and edit to make it flow better.

For referencing, we used the proper APA format.

WEEK 6: COMPLETION OF SCRIPT + STORYBOARDING + FILMING

We decided to organize our report, adding sections like: QUESTIONS ASKED, SCOPE, CONTENT DRAFT, OUR CREATIVE APPROACH, STORYBOARD, and sections to our SCRIPT.

We practiced for several days before the final filming so that we converse as naturally as possible.

​

On 22/5, we did our zoom recording successfully.

​

We also went and gathered infographics and images in a google drive, later that the storyboard was drawn out with clearer instructions.

​

WEEK 7: EDITING AND FINALIZING REPORT

For the last week, I went and edited our video, adding in visual components. Later that, I added captions to support the audio.

​

For the report, my groupmates went and finalized it so that it is neat and clean.
