WEEK 5: FORMING THE GROUP AND PLANNING
The assignment started off with us grouping ourselves into groups of 6. In a google spreadsheet, a group with Kimberly Yong, Voon Ming Yee, Adler Kwan, Andrew Wong and Yong Zhen Dong and I were formed. The location assigned to our group is C7.
On the 25th of September, all of us gathered at C7 to measure the space. The process took over 4 hours time.
I then proceeded to draft out a floor plan with the measurements obtained.
WEEK 6: F2F TUTORIALS AND REMEASURING
F2F tutorials was held for us to obtain feedback on our floor plan. After the class, we stayed back to remeasure the dimensions that we left out, especially those for elevations and section.
WEEK 7: REMEASURING AND INKING
It was to our concern that the chair we chose for detail drawing was not able to give much details. Therefore Ming Yee and I went back to campus to measure the metal chair.
WEEK 8: FINISHING AND COMPILING
REFLECTION
1. DISCIPLINE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
I was exposed to more drawing symbols and graphics, as well as hatching styles. The knowledge is then applied in the technical drawings.
2. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
My group and I delegated the tasks efficiently. The team members are extremely helpful as they are generous to share the information they got from the web.

3. INTRAPERSONAL SKILLS
I was cautious in planning my time. Thankfully, I was able to finish all the work on time.
Overall, it came to the realization the importance of having strong self=discipline. Not only does this assignment helped me in mastering my skills in inking, but also time management. With Covid-19 limiting social interaction, we were thankful to have the opportunity to finally meet each other face to face. The hardest challenge faced was measuring as we spent over 8 hours trying to get all the measurements.
